摘要
目的:探讨循证药学在促进抗菌药物合理应用中的作用。方法:随机抽取我院2012年和2013年患者完整处方各1600例。2012年抗菌药物采用常规药学管理,视为对照组,2013年抗菌药物运用循证药学管理,视为观察组。对比分析两组病例抗菌药物的合理应用情况。结果:对照组使用抗菌药物比例、抗菌药物各项不合理使用比例及抗菌药物使用时间(d)均明显高于观察组(P<0.01);在使用抗菌药物的患者中,观察组进行了菌检或药敏比例、抗菌药物单用比例明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:循证药学用于抗菌药物管理,有利于促进临床抗菌药物合理应用。
Objective： Explore the function evidence-based pharmacy on the proper application of antibacterial agents. Methods：Randomly choosing 1600 complete prescriptions for patients in 2012 and 2013 respectively. The antibacterial agents in 2012 are control groups adopting regular pharmaceutical management while the antibacterial agents in 2013 are observation group adopting evidence-based pharmacy management. Compare and analyze the proper application of antibacterial agents in two groups. Results： Use ratio of antibacterial agents, improper use ratio of antibacterial agents as well as the duration （in day） in control group is higher than that of observation group （P〈0.01）;In the research of patients using antibacterial agents, the ratio for those having bacteria detection or drug sensibility test as well as single use of antibacterial agents is apparently higher than the control group C. Conclusion：The utility of evidence-based pharmacy in antibacterial agents management is helpful to promote the proper application of clinical antibacterial agents.
