2013年某中医院ICU抗菌药物使用情况与细菌耐药性的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:调查某中医院ICU抗菌药物的应用及细菌学情况,分析细菌耐药性,对抗菌药物使用情况进行评价。方法:利用Excel对ICU病房2003年1~12月抗菌药物的使用情况、细菌检查结果及其耐药性进行回顾性分析。结果:各类抗菌药物使用按DDDs排序,前三位分别为头孢菌素类(793.3)、碳青霉烯类(687.8)、四环素类(251.0);按使用总量排序,前三位分别为美罗培南(1353.0g)、头孢哌酮舒巴坦(883.0g)、哌拉西林他唑巴坦(877.5g)。2013年ICU送检标本检出的146株细菌中,G-菌占82.2%,共120株,其中鲍曼不动杆菌64株;真菌占11.6%,共17株,其中白假丝酵母菌11株;G+菌占6.2%,共9株。结论:ICU抗菌药物使用特点符合检出细菌分布情况,细菌耐药性与抗菌药物的DDDs呈正相关性。 Objective:Investigate applications of antimicrobial agents and bacteriological conditions in ICU of Hospital of TCM,analyze bacterial resistance and evaluate the reasonableness of the use of antimicrobial drugs. Method: Retrospective analyze the use of antimicrobial drugs, the results of bacteria test and its resistance in 2013 by Excel. Results: Sort by DDDs, the top three were cephalosporins(793.3), carbapenems(687.8), tetracyclines(251.0);Sorted by the total amount of use, the top three were meropenem (1353.0g), cefoperazone sulbactam (883.0g), piperacillin tazobactam (877.5g). In 146 cases of detected bacteria, G-accounted for 82.2%, a total of 120, including Acinetobacter baumannii 64; Fungi accounted for 11.6%, a total of 17, including Acinetobacter baumannii 11;G+accounted for 6.2%, a total of 9.Conclusion: Antimicrobial drug use characteristics consistent with the distribution of the detection of bacteria in ICU, bacterial resistance and antimicrobial drugs DDDs were positively correlated.
