摘要
文章从高职人才培养目标出发,紧扣职业岗位任职要求,提出深层次开展校企合作,实施"引企入校",建设"校中厂"具体举措。并形成"引企入校、三层递进、分段实施"的高职人才培养模式,有效提高了育人质量,取得了很好的教学效果和社会效应。
From the perspective of the objective of talent cultivation in vocational colleges, this article, com-bined with the requirements of the position, puts forwards the measures to deepen school-enterprise cooperation, introduce enterprises into the college and establish on-campus factories. In addition, it comes up with the mode of talent cultivation in vocational colleges marked by the introduction of enterprises into the college, three-tier progression and section implementation.
