气管导管防尘保湿防护器对烧伤气管切开患者气道湿化的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察气管导管防尘保湿防护器对烧伤气管切开患者气道湿化的效果。方法 60例烧伤气管切开患者,随机分为两组,每组30例。实验组采用气管导管防尘保湿防护器;对照组采用间断气道滴入湿化,导管口用2层湿纱布覆盖。观察两组患者刺激性咳嗽、气道黏膜损伤出血、痰液分泌量、吸痰次数等指标。结果实验组刺激性咳嗽和气管黏膜出血的发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);日均吸痰量、日均吸痰次数明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论气管导管防尘保湿防护器对烧伤气管切开病人气道有良好的湿化效果,能减少吸痰量与吸痰次数,可提高气道管理质量和工作效率,确保患者的安全和舒适,可在临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the effect of airway protection of the endotracheal tube humidification protective device for on airway humidification of burn patients with tracheotomy. Methods 60 cases of burn patients with tracheotomy were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, each group of 30 cases. The experimental group adopted endotracheal tube humidification protective device, the control group adopted intermittent drip into airway for humidification with the endotracheal tube covered with 2 layers of wet gauze. The number of irritating cough, sputum suction airway mucosal injury bleeding, and the volume of sputum secretion were collected consecutively for this study. Results Compared to the control group, the rate of irritating cough and tracheal mucosa bleeding was significantly lower, there were statistically significant differences (P〈0.01, P〈0.01) ; the average of daily sputum volume and number of sputum suction significantly lower than the control group (P^0.01). Conclusion The endotracheal tube humidification protective device for burn patients with tracheotomy airway has good effect on airway humidification of burn patients with tracheotomy, which can decrease the times of sputum suction phlegm uptake and improves the quality of air-way management and work efficiency, ensures the safety and comfort of patients. It is worth promoting clinically.
