摘要甲型流感病毒H7N9(influenza A virus subtype H7N9),是一种低致病性禽流感病毒,仅在禽间发现,病死率低[1]。2013年3月底,在上海、安徽和江苏三地发现H7N9感染病例,这也是世界首次在人体内检测出H7N9流感病毒[2]。这是全球首次报道人类感染这一亚型的禽流感病毒[3],在国内外引起了广泛的关注[4]。
