梳针分梳板隔距对棉纱毛羽的影响 被引量:1

摘要 用YG172型纱线毛羽仪对梳棉机刺辊下采用梳针分梳板、锯齿分梳板、小漏底在不同加工条件下所加工的棉纱进行了毛羽检测,结果显示:采用梳针分梳板,隔距为1.5 mm时最有利于棉纱毛羽的减少,0.9 mm时次之,0.6 mm时最不利于棉纱毛羽的减少;采用锯齿分梳板,同样是隔距为1.5 mm时最有利于棉纱毛羽的减少,0.9 mm时次之,0.6 mm时最不利于棉纱毛羽的减少;在所有方案中对于棉纱毛羽的减少,以梳针分梳板采用1.5 mm隔距最有利于毛羽的减少,梳针分梳板采用0.6 mm隔距方案最差。和刺辊下加装小漏底相比,总体上采用梳针分梳板和锯齿分梳板更有利于棉纱毛羽的减少(分梳板隔距为0.6 mm时除外);在隔距较小条件下,梳针分梳板减少棉纱毛羽效果不如锯齿分梳板,在隔距较大的条件下,梳针分梳板减少棉纱毛羽效果要好于锯齿分梳板,规律性明显。 In this paper, the effect of the gauge of gill pin carding plate on cotton yarn hairiness was investigated. The cotton yarns produced by respectively installing gill pin carding ;plate, saw-tooth carding plant and taker-in grid under the taker-in to the card were tested with YGI72 yarn hairiness tester. The results show that: (1) when installing gill pin carding plate, the gauge of 1.5 mm is most beneficial to the reduction of cotton yarn hairiness; (2) when installing saw-tooth carding plate, the gauge of 1.5 mm is also most beneficial to the reduction of cotton yarn hairiness, followed by the gauge of 0.9 mm, while the gauge of 0.6 mm is most unfavorable to the reduction of cotton yarn hairiness; (3) in all the programs for reducing cotton yarn hairiness, gill pin carding plate with the gauge of 1.5 mm is the best choice, saw-tooth carding plate with the gauge of 0.6 mm is the worst; (4) compared to installing taker-in grid under the taker-in installing gill pin carding plate and saw-tooth carding plate are more conducive to the reduction of cotton yarn hairiness in general (except for the case when carding plate gauge is 0.6 mm). When a smaller gauge is used, gill pin carding plate is inferior to saw-tooth carding plate in term of reducing cotton yarn hairiness; but when a larger gauge is used, the former outperforms the latter and this regularity is very obvious.
