摘要
通过对山东省17地市马铃薯生产情况、生产成本及收益的全面调查,分析了山东省马铃薯产业发展现状,指出目前其发展过程中存在着个体农户生产规模较小,种植经济效益低;生产成本逐年上升,投入与产出不成比例;产业整体投入不足,资源优势未得到有效开发等问题。并提出规范土地流转,促进马铃薯产业规模化经营;建立健全马铃薯良种繁育体系,有效控制生产成本;加大政策扶持力度,促进产业发展等对策及建议,以期为推进山东省马铃薯产业快速、健康发展提供参考和帮助。
The author took a comprehensive situation survey of the potato production, cost and income of 17 cities in Shandong Province and analyzed the current development situation of potato industry in ShandongProvince, pointed out problems such as small production scale of individual farmer, low economic value, risingproduction costs, the disproportionation of input and output, inadequate overall investment, ineffectivelydeveloped resource advantage and so on. According to the problems, the author put forward correspondingcountermeasures and suggestions like standardizing the land circulation, promoting large- scale operation,establishing and improving the breeding method of potato, effective control of production cost, increasingpolicy support, promoting industrial development and so on. In this way, we can promote the rapid and healthydevelopment of potato industry in Shandong Province.
