摘要
通过双螺杆挤出机用E-12型环氧树脂和YLT-118固化剂及其他助剂在90℃下熔融混合10 min,然后在平板硫化机上冷压3 min,最后经过粉碎机粉碎,过筛制得环氧粉末涂料。采用差示扫描量热法和红外光谱表征粉末涂料,并讨论了填颜料用量、固化条件等对涂料性能的影响。结果表明:该粉末涂料可实现低温固化,固化条件为120℃下恒温固化30 min;固化剂用量为环氧树脂的16.7%时,m(环氧树脂)∶m(填颜料)为150∶135时,得到的涂膜各项物理性能最好。
The low-temperature curing powder coatings were prepared by melting and mixing E-12 epoxy, YLT-118 curing agent and other additives at 90 ℃ for 10 minutes through twin screw extruder, then cold pressing 3 minutes on the plate vulcanization machine, and finally grinding in the ball mill and sieving. DSC and FT-IR were used to characterize the powder coatings. The effects of filler content and curing conditions were discussed. The results indicated that the powder coatings can be cured at low temperature and the curing conditions were 30 rain at 120 ℃; the optimum dosage of curing agent was 16.7% of epoxy and the weight ratio of epoxy resin to filler was 150 : 135, the of coatings demonstrated excellent physical properties under the above optimum conditions.
