摘要
目的探讨联合应用ACTION头垫和赛肤润保护俯卧位颅脑手术患者面部皮肤的效果。方法2012年1月至2014年6月,便利选取326例符合条件的颅脑手术患者,并采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(普通海绵垫组)80例、观察1组(ACTION头垫组)84例、观察2组(赛肤润组)80例和观察3组(ACTION头垫联合赛肤润组)82例,分别于手术结束后即刻及术后30min观察患者受压部位皮肤情况。结果手术时间≤4h的患者中,3个观察组的皮肤保护效果均优于对照组(P<0.05),3个观察组间差异无统计学意义;手术时间>4h的患者中,3个观察组的皮肤保护效果优于对照组(P<0.05),观察3组的皮肤保护效果优于观察1组和观察2组(P<0.05)。结论 ACTION头垫联合赛肤润能有效保护俯卧位颅脑手术患者的面部皮肤,减少术中压力性溃疡的发生,尤其是手术时间较长的患者。
Objective To investigate the protective effects on facial skin of ACTION head restraint combined Sanyren in brain surgery patients with prone position.Methods By convenience sampling,326 cases of brain surgery patients meeting the conditions were selected and divided into control group（ordinary sponge pad group,80cases）,observation group 1（ACTION head restraints group,84cases）,observation group 2（Sanyren group,80cases）and observation group 3（ACTION head restraints combined Sanyren group,82cases）.Protective effects on skin were observed immediately and 30 min after surgery.ResultsIn patients with operative time≤4h,3observation groups had a significantly better skin protective effect than the control group.No significant difference was observed among 3observation groups;In patients with operative time4h,3observation groups had a significant better skin protective effect than the control group（P〈0.05）.Observation group 3had a significant better skin protective effect than observation group1 and 2（P〈0.05）.Conclusion ACTION head restraints and Sanyren show a significant protective effect on facial skin in brain surgery patients with prone position,and reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer in surgery,especially in patients with a long operating time.
