摘要
目的比较白沙枇杷叶、枇杷花主要功效成分熊果酸、齐墩果酸及总黄酮含量。方法采用HPLC法同时测定了枇杷叶和枇杷花中熊果酸和齐墩酸的含量;采用紫外可见分光光度法测定了枇杷叶和枇杷花总黄酮含量。结果白沙枇杷叶熊果酸含量为10.43 mg·g-1,齐墩果酸含量为2.71 mg·g-1,白沙枇杷花熊果酸含量2.87 mg·g-1,齐墩果酸含量为0.44 mg·g-1,白沙枇杷叶中三萜酸类含量明显高于枇杷花。白沙枇杷叶的总黄酮含量也高于枇杷花,两者分别为61.5 mg·g-1和38.7 mg·g-1。结论白沙枇杷叶的三萜酸类及总黄酮含量高于枇杷花。
Objective To compare the contents of ursolic acid, oleanolic acid and fl avonoids between the leaves and the flowers of white flesh loquat.Methods The contents of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid were determined by HPLC, the content of total fl avonoids was analyzed by UV spectrophotometer. Results The contents of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in white fl esh loquat leaves were 10.43mg·g-1 and 2.71 mg·g-1, the contents of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in white fl esh loquat fl owers were 2.87 mg·g-1 and 0.44 mg·g-1, respectively. The contents of total fl avonoids in white fl esh loquat leaves and fl owers were 61.5 mg·g-1 and 38.7 mg·g-1. Conclusion The contents of triterpenic acids and total fl avonoids in white fl esh loquat leaves are higher than that in white fl esh loquat fl owers.
