摘要
医学检验技术专业是为了培养具备基本理论知识和技能,适应经济和社会发展需要,有能力从事医学检验、医学实验室技术、富有实践能力和创新精神的复合型人才。五年制的检验医学变更为四年制的医学检验技术,给医疗工作者提出了很大的挑战,为应对这一模式的变化,该文从临床微生物学检验的角度提出理论教学的创新和实验教学的改革创新几点建议,目的是寻找适合四年制医学检验技术的教学方法,使学生真正成为能够适应21世纪医学发展需要的新型检验人才。
Medical laboratory technology major is to train the undergraduate students with basic theoretical knowledge and skills,adapt to the needs of economic and social development and compound talents with the ability to engage in medical laboratory,medical laboratory technology,and rich innovation spirit and practice ability.5year system medical laboratory will be short to 4year system medical laboratory technology,we face the great challenges for teaching tasks,in order to cope with changes in this model,the aim of paper will give some suggestions on the reform of theory teaching and the innovation of experimental teaching from the perspective of clinical microbiology,the purpose is to find a suitable teaching road for 4years medical laboratory technology,causes them to become truly able to adapt to the new development of medical inspection personnel needs in twenty-first Century.
