摘要
为了对暴雨型泥石流灾害进行较为准确的实时预警,选取泥石流主要的影响因子作为评价指标,应用可拓学理论建立泥石流预警模型.根据各个评价指标的特征建立相应的关联函数并计算关联度,结合层次分析法确定指标权重,计算得到泥石流预警等级.方法为泥石流灾害预警提供了定量化的研究思路.
In this paper,a new method based on the Extenics is proposed to give out an early warning for rainfall-triggered debris flow disaster.Selecting the main factors of debris flow as evaluation index,we establish the early warning model of debris flow using the Extenics theory.According to the characteristics of each evaluation index,we design the corresponding correlation function and calculate the degree of association,combining with analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to determine index weight,and finally calculate the warning level of debris flow.The method provides quantitative research approach for debris flow disaster warning.
