摘要
党的十八届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题的决定》提出,要"积极发展混合所有制经济"。本文对混合所有制经济的基本含义,以及发展混合所有制经济的意义和作用、混合所有制经济的主要形式和我国发展混合所有制经济的现状等问题进行了论述,并从市场经济的本质特征入手,指出发展混合所有制经济是发挥市场在资源配置中的决定性作用,完善社会主义市场经济的必然要求,其关键是完善现代产权制度。
In the ＂Decision of the CCCPC on Some Major Issues Concerning Comprehensively Deepening the Reform＂,which was proposed on the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the highest leadership committed to vigorously develop a mixed economy. This article reviews the basic concept of mixed economy,as well as the function,significance,major forms,and status quo of mixed economy.Based on the essential characteristics of mixed economy,this article argues that in order to develop mixed economy,which is the necessary requirement for socialist market economy,the market should play a decisive role in resource allocation and the key is to improve the modern property rights system.
