摘要
印度独立以来 ,为解决快速发展问题 ,实现赶越 ,曾选择了动员体制的现代化路线 ,但因种种矛盾 ,近年来又开始向自由市场经济转轨。但印度社会的深层结构并未从根本上发生变革 ,其现代化诉求无法与传统社会关系隔断联系 ,因此其科技进步模式的建构仍然打上了动员体制的深刻烙印。尽管印度的科技进步成绩斐然 ,但这种科技政策的实施显示出科技进步与社会改革的不同步性和脱节性 。
After becoming independent, in order to solve the problem of rapid development and to catch up with the development of the world, India once took the course of modernization. But for various reasons, it has begun to transfer to the free market economy in recent years. In spite of the remarkable achievements in the development of science and technology in India, the enforcement of its scientific policies showed that such scientific advances are not in line with its social reform. Such strategic mal position may result in an all round social crisis.
