摘要
目的探讨系统化护理干预在骨外固定支架治疗四肢长管状骨骨折的应用效果。方法选取2012年1月-2013年9月本院诊治的67例四肢长管状骨骨折患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行骨外固定支架治疗,并随机分为观察组（34例）和对照组（33例）。对照组采用临床常规护理,观察组实施系统化护理干预,比较两组的自我护理管理能力、护理优良率及并发症发生率。结果两组护理干预后的自我护理管理能力评分显著高于护理前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组护理后的心理活动、行为管理、状态管理评分显著高于对照组护理后,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组护理后的优良率为94.1%,显著高于对照组的75.8%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论系统化护理干预在骨外固定支架治疗四肢长管状骨骨折中的应用效果显著,能够提高患者的自我护理管理能力,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of systematic nursing intervention on bone external fixation support in the treatment of limbs long tubular bone fracture. Methods 67 cases with limbs long tubular bone fracture in our hospital from January 2012 to September 2013 were selected as the research objects,all patients were treated with bone external fixation support,and were randomly divided into the observation group（34 cases） and the control group（33cases）.The observation group was given systematic nursing intervention,the control group was only given routine clinical nursing.The ability of self nursing management,the excellent and good rate of nursing,the incidence rate of complication in two groups was compared respectively. Results The score of self nursing management ability in two groups after intervention was higher than that before intervention,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The score of psychological activity,behavior management,state management in the observation group after intervention was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P 0.05）.The excellent and good rate of the observation group after intervention was94.1%,which was higher than 75.8% in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of complication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application effect of systematic nursing intervention on bone external fixation in the treatment of long tubular bone fracture is significant,which can improve the self nursing management ability,reduce the incidence of complication,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
