摘要
目的探讨参芪合剂治疗冠心病慢性稳定型心绞痛（气虚血瘀证型）的有效性和安全性。方法选取2013年4月-2014年7月本院收治的60例冠心病心绞痛（气虚血瘀证型）患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,各30例。试验组给予参芪合剂,对照组给予养心氏片。比较两组的心绞痛疗效、中医证候疗效、硝酸甘油停减率、心电图疗效和生活质量评分。结果两组的心绞痛和中医证候疗效、硝酸甘油停减率、心电图疗效比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组治疗后的PL、AF、TS、DP评分显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。试验组治疗后的TS、DP评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论参芪合剂是治疗冠心病慢性稳定型心绞痛（气虚血瘀证）安全、有效的制剂。
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Shenqi mixture in the treatment of coronary heart disease and chronic stable angina of qi deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods 60 cases with coronary heart disease and chronic stable angina of qi deficiency and blood stasis type from April 2013 to July 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,30 cases in each group.The experimental group was given Shenqi mixture,the control group was given Yangxinshi tablets.The curative effect of angina pectoris and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,withdrawal and decrease rate of nitroglycerin,the curative effect of electrocardiogram and the score of life quality in two groups was compared respectively. Results The curative effect of angina pectoris and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,withdrawal and decrease rate of nitroglycerin,the curative effect of electrocardiogram between two groups was compared,with no statistical difference（P〉 0.05）.The score of TS,DP in the experimental group after treatment was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shenqi-mixture is an safe and effective choice for the patient with coronary artery disease chronic stable angina of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.
