摘要
目的探讨磁共振血管成像与数字减影血管造影在老年后循环缺血患者血管病变检测中的效果对比。方法选择本院2010年1月-2014年1月收治的43例后循环缺血患者,所选患者先行磁共振血管成像检查,作为磁共振血管成像组;再行数字减影血管造影检查,作为数字减影血管造影组。观察两组患者后循环血管病变情况。结果两组的血管病变、单纯前循环病变、单纯后循环病变、前后循环同时病变、累及≥2条血管病变发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论磁共振血管成像在老年后循环缺血病变血管中具有重要检查价值,具有方便、经济、适应证广等优点。
Objective To explore effect contrast of magnetic resonance angiography and digital subtraction angiography on vascular lesion detection in elderly patients with posterior circulation ischemia. Methods 43 patients with posterior circulation ischemia were selected during January 2010 to January 2014.At first,all the patients underwent magnetic resonance angiography as magnetic resonance angiography group,then all the patients underwent digital subtraction angiography as digital subtraction angiography group.The vascular lesion of posterior circulation was observed in two groups. Results The incidence rate of vascular lesion,simple anterior circulation lesion,simple posterior circulation lesion,involving two or more than two of the vascular lesion between two groups was compared respectively,with no statistical difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The magnetic resonance angiography has important examination value in vascular lesion of the elderly patients with posterior circulation ischemia,this examination has the advantages of convenience,economy and wide indication.
