摘要
目的:探索品管圈活动在甲状腺外科手术管理中的应用效果与体会。方法:成立品管圈组织,确立甲状腺外科手术配合中存在的问题并进行改进。结果:甲状腺手术配合流畅有序,方便了手术人员,节约了手术时间,手术医生对手术室护士配合的满意率由84.51%提高至94.94%。结论:运用品管圈的方法进行了甲状腺手术管理,不仅提高了手术效率,而且提高了科室人员的团队精神,应予以推广。
Objective： To explore the effect of application of quality control circle in operation management of thyroid surgery. Method： Control circle organization was established quality to find out the existing problems of thyroid surgical operation and make improvement. Result： The practice showed that thyroid operation by the management of quality control circle was smooth and orderly,convenient,saving time,patients＇ satisfaction rate of operation doctor increased from 74. 07% to 94. 94%. Conclusion： Using the method of quality control circle of thyroid operation management can improve the operation efficiency,also add the staff team spirit,therefore should be popularized.
