摘要
目的:通过了解、分析广西15家医院CR系统性能技术指标的合格情况,为采取相应的质量控制策略提供依据。方法:选取15台CR系统为检测和研究对象,根据2010年度卫生行业科研专项的实施方案确定性能指标,并依据国家标准对CR系统的性能进行检测和分析。结果:15台CR系统合格率仅为20%,CR专用检测项目主要不合格指标有:IP响应均匀性及一致性、IP响应线性、IP擦除完全性等。结论:加强CR系统的质量控制,定期对相关技术指标进行维护保养,从而提高医学影像诊断质量。
Objective： To understand the qualification of CR system in Guangxi, in order to take corresponding quality control strategy. Methods： Select 15 sets of CR system for detection and the research object, according to the implementation plan of 2010 annual health industry research to determine the performance index, and on the basis of national standards on the performance of CR system for testing and analysis. Results： The qualified rate of 15 sets CR system is only 20%, CR special detecting project main unqualified index have IP response uniformity and consistency, IP response linear, IP erasing completeness, etc. Conclusion： To strengthen the quality control of CR system, to maintain the relevant technical indexes on a regular basis, it is necessary to improve the quality of medical image diagnosis.
