右美托咪啶在纤维支气管镜检查中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察右美托咪啶在纤维支气管镜检查中的应用效果及安全性。方法 120例需行纤维支气管镜检查的患者随机分成两组:C组局麻组;D组右美托咪啶+局麻组。观察两组患者血压、心率、呼吸、Sp O2的变化和镇静程度及检查后患者的满意度。结果 C组患者血压、心率较检查前明显升高,与D组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);D组患者的镇静评分低,痛苦反应少,对检查的满意度高。结论右美托咪啶用于纤维支气管镜检查中具有清醒镇静、镇痛、减少应激反应,对呼吸功能无抑制,是安全有效的。
