摘要
以福州市农民工为研究对象,采用问卷调查的方法收集数据,分析了福州市农民工的个体状况、就业情况、社会关系;运用Logistic回归模型分析了年龄、性别、婚姻状况、文化程度、家中未成年数、月收入水平和城市适应性等9个因素对福州市农民工市民化意愿的影响;分析结果认为文化水平和城市适应性2个因素对福州市农民工市民化意愿的影响显著,因此根据这两个因素提出相关的建议。
Taking the peasant-workers in Fuzhou as the object of study, and by using the method of questionnaire survey, this paper analyzed the individual status, employment status and social relations of the peasant-workers in Fuzhou. The influences to migrant workers＇ citizenization willingness from the 9 factors such as age, gender, marital status, standard of culture, family monthly income, minor number and city adaptability were analyzed by using the Logistic return model. The result showed that educational level and city compatibility were the two main factors influencing the citizenization willingness of migrant worker. Therefore, based on these two factors, this paper put forward the relevant suggestions.
