巴氯芬联合卡马西平治疗原发性三叉神经痛临床观察被引量：22

摘要目的观察和评价巴氯芬联合卡马西平治疗对卡马西平治疗无效的原发性三叉神经痛的疗效和安全性。方法对30例卡马西平治疗无效的原发性三叉神经痛患者采取巴氯芬联合卡马西平治疗开放性自身对照研究。运用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价治疗后第2、4周的治疗效果,并同时观察不良反应。结果巴氯芬联合卡马西平治疗前VAS为(8.0±0.6)分,治疗2周后VAS为(3.1±0.9)分,治疗4周后VAS为(2.2±0.9)分,治疗前与治疗后第2、4周比较VAS评分差异显著(P<0.001),治疗后疼痛严重程度有明显改善。其中7例出现一过性疲乏、嗜睡、头晕、恶心。结论巴氯芬联合卡马西平能有效改善对卡马西平治疗无效的原发性三叉神经痛患者的疼痛程度,疗效确切且安全。
