摘要
目的通过对广西贺州地区尖锐湿疣（CA）患者的流行病学及临床分析,为尖锐湿疣的预防、早发现、治疗提供科学依据。方法对2009年1月—2013年12月1 032例尖锐湿疣患者每年人数、年龄分布、性别比例、文化程度、职业、传染来源、夫妻感染情况、同时感染其他性传播疾病、临床表现及治疗情况进行回顾性分析。结果 CA病例数,男740例,女292例,男女比例为2.53∶1。多发年龄为20-49岁,职业以农民和个体居多,文化程度以初中及以下居多,传染来源以非婚性接触为主,382例患者同时并发其他性传播疾病,占全部患者的37.02%。临床表现为外生殖器部位、肛周单发或多发的疣状增生物,治疗以电离子加干扰素疗效较佳。结论非婚性接触是尖锐湿疣的主要传染途径,20-49岁人群是重点防治人群,男性患者多于女性,尖锐湿疣往往同时感染其他性传播疾病,夫妻同时感染几率较高,干扰素是治疗尖锐湿疣的有效方法。
Objective Clinical and epidemiological data of condyloma acuminata in Hezhou district of Guangxi were analyzed in order to provide clinical information for the prevention, early detection and treatment of condyloma acuminata.Methods Parameters such as the number of patients per year, age gender, education, occupation, source of infetion, couples infected simultaneously, other sexually transmitted diseases（STDs）, clinical manifestation and treatment were retrospectively analyzed from 1 032 condyloma acuminata patients from 2009 to 2013. Results 740 patients were males and 292 patients were females, the male to female ration was 2.53∶1. Most of them were peasants and individul careers, their age was from 20 to49, their cultural level were mostly middle school and below. They were infected through unmarried sexual action, 382 patients（37.02%） coinfected with other sexually transmitted diseases. They successively appeared solitary or multiple verrucous proliferation on external genitalia and Perianal. Using iontophoresis and interferon for treatment would produce a good curative effect. Conclusion The primary way of infection is the touching of unmarried sexual action. People aged from 20 to 49 years are the focus group of prevention. There are more male patients than female patients. The incidence of couples infected simultaneously is higher. Interferon is an effective therapy for condyloma acuminatum.
