摘要
结合工程实际对横切剪的结构、剪刃参数、驱动方式及剪切力的计算方法进行了讨论、选型和计算,为以后的工程设计提供依据。
In order to solve the problems of the design and calculation of the entrance transverse shear in continuous stainless steel cold rolling mill, the structures, the blade parameters, the driving modes and the calculation methods of the entrance transverse shear were discussed. Then the type selection and parameters calculation of the entrance transverse shear were carried out based on the practical engineering situations. The application results show that the design and the calculation method adopted are effective and credible.
