摘要
目的采用Delphi专家咨询法建立标准化的先天性心脏病患儿术后早期肠内营养实施流程,提高患儿喂养耐受以及改善营养不良。方法采用Delphi法对16名专家进行两轮问卷咨询建立先天性心脏病患儿术后早期肠内营养支持流程。结果专家权威系数为0.90,专家意见的集中程度以及协调程度均较高;最后形成了包括3个一级指标以及20个二级指标的早期肠内营养支持流程。结论两轮的专家咨询结果可靠,专家一致性好,为临床针对先天性心脏病患儿术后实施早期肠内营养提供了科学、系统的依据。
Objective To establish an early enteral nutrition implementation process for children after congenital heart surgery using Delphi method, so as to improve feeding intolerance and malnutrition of children. Method Two rounds Delphi consultation of 16 experts was conducted to establish an early enteral nutrition implementation process for children after congenital heart surgery. Results The authority coefficient index was 0.90 ,the consultation degree and coop- eration coefficient were relatively high. The final early enteral nutrition implementation process consisted of 3 first - level indexes and 20 second - level indexes. Conclusion The results of 2 rounds consultation are reliable,and the expert consistency is good,which provide a scientific and systematic evaluation tool for early enteral nutrition support for children after congenital heart surgery.
