摘要
目的 2013年3月至12月援藏期间,运用护理风险管理对受援单位西藏拉萨市达孜县人民医院急抢救工作进行管理,确保护理安全。方法通过树立风险管理意识,建立护理相关制度和质量标准,合理调配人力资源,对护士进行急抢救知识及技能培训,急抢救物品的规范管理等保证护理安全管理的效果。结果当地护士的护理风险意识增强,无差错事故发生。抢救物品完好率为100%,护士的急抢救知识及技能得以提高。结论护理风险管理值得推广与应用。但应考虑西藏的特点,以维护民族团结为重。
Objective Application of nursing risk management to emergency rescue work in the local hospital, ensures the nursing safety in Tibet from 2013 March to December. Methods To ensure the effect of nursing safety management, through setting up the consciousness of risk management, the establishment of nursing related system and quality standards, the rational allocation of human resources, nurse＇s training for emergency rescue knowledge and skills, and the standardize management of emergency rescue goods. Results To strengthen the nursing risk consciousness of nurses. no error accident. Intact rate of rescue goods is 100%, the nurse＇s knowledge and skills have be improved. Conclusion The nursing risk management is worthy of application and dissemination, but we should consider the characteristics of Tibet, to safeguard national unity.
