输入性重症恶性疟疾二例

摘要 疟疾是疟原虫经蚊虫叮咬传播的寄生虫病,我省在2012年已无本地感染病例,均为国外输入性病例,且以恶性疟疾为主。输入性恶性疟疾可引起脑型疟等严重表现,许多临床工作者对其认识不足,且近年来一些新的治疗手段运用于重症疟疾患者的治疗。现收集我院2例输入性重症恶性疟疾患者的临床资料,报道如下。
