支架结合弹簧圈栓塞颅内宽颈动脉瘤21例分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨支架结合弹簧圈栓塞颅内宽颈动脉瘤的疗效。方法 21例颅内宽颈动脉瘤患者采用支架结合弹簧圈治疗,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果支架结合弹簧圈完全栓塞动脉瘤18例,3例栓塞欠满意。死亡1例,死于术后第3天再次蛛网膜下腔出血并发呼吸循环衰竭。4例失访。16例术后随访3-12个月,无再出血及脑梗死。随访期均行数字减影全脑血管造影(DSA)复查:15例动脉瘤不显影,无复发;1例动脉瘤体显影较原栓塞术后造影增大复发。结论支架结合弹簧圈栓塞颅内宽颈动脉瘤疗效良好;但对于栓塞不满意的动脉瘤,应警惕术后使用抗凝和抗血小板药物所致的风险及术后复发的可能。
