双能量CT对膝关节前交叉韧带损伤患者的临床评价

摘要 目的:研究双能量CT对膝关节前交叉韧带损伤(ACL)的检测。方法:采用双能量CT对100例可疑膝关节前交叉韧带损伤患者进行分析。结果:100例可疑膝关节前交叉韧带损伤患者双能量CT诊断出的膝关节ACL损伤有68例。ACL损伤的双能量CT检测结果与关节镜对比有良好的一致性。结论:双能量CT在对膝关节前交叉韧带损伤评估上具有很好的应用前景,更有助于判定损伤的前交叉韧带大小,形态位置、角度测量,对制定手术方案、评价术后效果和随访。
