数控机床闭环进给系统的稳态误差研究

摘要 进给系统的稳态误差控制是保证数控机床平稳运行和加工合格产品的关键技术问题。通过建立闭环进给传动系统的数学模型,并结合时域分析法推导出稳态误差及影响因子,提出了减小闭环系统稳态误差的具体优化措施,提高了数控机床进给系统运动平稳性,有效地减少了定位误差。 The steady-state error of the feed system control is a key technical problem to ensure the smooth operation of CNC machine tools and processing of qualified products. By establishing the mathematical model of feed drive system in closed loop,and combined with the time domain analysis method,the steady-state error and the influence factors were derived,and specific measures were put forward to optimize decreasing of the steady-state error of the closed-loop system. It improves the feed system of CNC machine tools motion stability,and effectively reduces the positioning error.
