摘要
以某型号全液压钻机输出转速为研究对象,以Minitab(16.0)统计分析软件为数据分析工具,运用试验设计的基本理论方法,选取安全阀出口流量、回转油路板泄油口直径、阻尼螺钉开口深度3个质量特征值作为影响因子,按照三因子三水平安排钻机负载试验,通过测定不同因子水平组合对应的输出转速值,分析因子对钻机输出转速的影响规律,寻找提高转速值的最优因子组合。经过因子分析、方差分析和回归分析,确定安全阀出口流量和回转油路板泄油口直径为钻机输出转速的关键影响因子,并建立输出转速回归方程,为钻机液压系统设计和质量管理提供参考依据。
With regarding the rotation rate of one fully hydraulic drilling rig as the research target,by using the statistical analysis software of Minitab( 16. 0) and basic theory of experimental design method,the quality characteristic value including safety valve discharge outlet flow,circuit board outlet diameter and damping screw opening depth were selected as the influencing factors,according to load test of three factor and three level in the drilling rig,and by measuring the different rotational speed value that corresponded to the different factor levels combination,the optimal factor combination is found by influence law analysis of different factor to output speed. Through the factor analysis,variance analysis and regression analysis,safety valve discharge outlet flow and circuit board outlet diameter were identified as key factors that influencing output speed,and regression equation of output speed was established. This provides references for design of the hydraulic system and quality assurance of drilling rig.
