摘要
根据工件所需钻孔的总排数、每一排的总孔数、钻孔深度、减压孔方案、第1次钻孔限定进刀量、第2次钻孔限定进刀量等技术参数要求,编制了相应的钻孔技术方案。经过优化处理后,用户只需设定若干钻孔参数,即可自动生成合理优化的钻孔与排屑方案,其中排屑方案则由多次进钻和退钻实现。
The corresponding hole drilling technical scheme was programmed according to the total rows,the total holes in one row,the depth of the hole drilling,pressure-relief hole,the limited 1st drilling depth,the limited 2nd drilling depth,and etc. After optimization process,and by setting only a few drilling parameters,the reasonable and optimal method of hole drilling and chip removal was generated automatically. The chip removal is realized by several times of drilling forward and backward.
