摘要
采用全面评估和重点评估相结合、内部评估和外部评估相结合、定性评估和定量评估相结合的方法,对广东省林业发展"十二五"规划中期实施情况进行评估,重点评估规划指标完成情况,提出评估结论及下一步工作建议,并对林业发展规划中期评估工作的发展趋势和方法进行探讨。
The medium-term implementation of the twelfth five-year forestry development plan in Guangdong Province was comprehensively assessed and focused on plan indices by quantitative methods and qualitative methods. The assessment process consists of two separate stages,including external evaluation and internal assessment. The assessment conclusion and suggestion on improving and strengthening the plan implementation were pointed out. The trends and methods of medium-term assessment of forestry development plan were discussed finally.
