摘要
挫折教育是教师系统引导,育人机能要素有机参与,学生主动接受洗礼,从而使教育对象树立理性挫折认知,能对挫折进行有效处理,抗挫能力不断提高的实践活动。对大学生进行挫折教育是大学生健康成长的需要,也是高校学科优化的需要,更是社会健康发展的需要和国家自强的需要。搞好大学生挫折教育首先要进行教育体系的科学设计,其次要发挥好高校的育人功能、课堂教学主渠道的作用,以及家庭教育的作用。
Frustration education is a practice participated by teachers, training system, and student initiatives in order for students to establish rational recognition and enable them to effectively deal with setbacks. It is the requirement for healthy growth of college students, healthy social development, and national self-enhancement. To improve frustration education, we should firstly design scientific education system, and then give fiall play to college training functions and classroom teaching, as well as good family education.
