摘要
目的探讨鸦胆子油乳联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者的应用效果及不良反应。方法选取2009年10月至2012年9月于山东大学第四人民医院治疗的中晚期NSCLC患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为两组:对照组(40例)给予吉西他滨及顺铂治疗,观察组(40例)在此治疗基础上加用鸦胆子油乳。观察两组患者的疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组近期缓解率为52.5%,对照组为47.5%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后生活质量提高+稳定率为80.0%,明显高于对照组的47.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组白细胞下降程度显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鸦胆子油乳联合化疗治疗NSCLC能够增强化疗药物的治疗作用,同时能显著提高患者的生活质量,减轻白细胞下降程度。
Objective To investigate the effect and adverse reaction of combined application of Brucea javanica oil emulsion and chemotherapy for patients with non-small cell lung cancer( NSCLC) .Methods A total of 80 patients with middle-advanced NSCLC admitted in Ji′nan Fourth People′s Hospital from Oct. 2009 to Sep.2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in control group received gemcitabine and cisplatin while patients in observation group received extra Brucea javanica oil emulsion basing on the treatment in control group .The curative effect and adverse reaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The recent remission rate of the observation group was 52.5%,which was slightly higher than 47.5% of the control group,there was no sta-tistically significant difference between the two groups(P〉0.05).After treatment,the rate of improved life quality and stability in observation group was 80.0%,which was significantly higher than 47.5% of the con-trol group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The decreasing degree of white blood cells of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group ,the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P〈0.05).Conclusion Brucea javanica oil emulsion combined with chemotherapy can enhance the therapeutic effect of chemotherapy drugs in the treatment for NSCLC.At the same time,it can also improve the quality of life of the patients, and reduce the decreasing degree of leukocytes.
