摘要
目的:合成尼群地平杂质A并确认结构。方法:尼群地平于冰醋酸和稀硫酸中与硫酸铈反应得杂质A。结果:收率约70%。结论:所得产物经UV、IR、MS和HMR等确认其结构。
Objective： To compound Nitrendipine Impurity A. Methods： Impurity A was obtained by Nitren- dipine and cerous sulfate in a mixture of acetic acid and dilute sulfuric acid. Results： The yield was about 70%. Conclusion： The structure was determined by UV, IR, MS, 1H- NMR and 13C -NMR.
