摘要
目的:探讨外用七味药酒对糖尿病患者糖尿病足感染率的影响。方法:选取2010年1月—2013年6月收治的糖尿病足0级到1级患者40例,随机平均分为治疗组和对照组,每组中0级和1级患者各10例。对照组给予常规治疗和护理,治疗组在对照组基础上加用七味药酒外敷(大黄炭25 g,黄芩50 g,黄柏50 g,白蔹25 g,儿茶50 g,芒硝25 g,冰片150 g,加体积分数95%乙醇浸泡24 h)。两组疗程均为1个月,比较两组患者医院感染发生率。结果:治疗组1例感染,感染率率5.00%;对照组3例感染,感染率为15.00%。治疗组感染发生率明显低于对照组,两组感染发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:七味药酒治疗糖尿病足疗效确切,可明显降低医院感染的发生。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Qiwei medicine wine on diabetic foot infection rate. Methods: A retrospective survey method,the choice of 2010 January to 2013 June were 40 cases of diabetic foot level 0 to level 1 patients,divided into treatment group and control group,each group of 0 level and 1 level of the 10 cases of patients. The control group was given conventional treatment and care and the treatment group was given additional Qiwei medicine wine( Dahuangtan 25 g,Huangqin 50 g,Huangbo 50 g,Bailian 25 g,Ercha 50 g,Mangxiao 25 g,Bingpian 150 g,infusion with 95% ethanol for 24 h). The course of treatment was one month. Compare the incidence of nosocomial infection of two groups. Results: The infection rate of treatment group was 5. 00% with 1 case infection. The infection rate of control group was 15. 00% with 3 cases infection. The infection rate of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group. The difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Qiwei medicine wine can significantly reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection with good curative effect for diabetic foot infection.
