摘要
弹光调制器调制产生的干涉信号存在非线性的光程差,为研究其频率特性及光程差,利用Matlab软件对干涉信号的频率及非线性的光程差进行软件仿真,设计频压转换电路,实现干涉信号频率到电压信号的转换。实验表明,通过频压转换的干涉信号,可以准确测量并计算出因晶体发热、环境温度改变及中心频率漂移造成的不稳定光程差,且光谱的频率及光程差变化量的计算速度也提高了近40%。
The interference signals produced by a photoelastic modulator have nonlinear optical path difference. In order to study the frequency characteristic and the optical path difference of the signals,a frequency-to-voltage conversion of the interference signals is presented. First,the frequency and the nonlinear optical path difference of interference signals are simulated using Matlab software,and then a frequency-to-voltage converter circuit is designed to achieve the conversion from frequency to voltage signal. Experiments show that the converted interference signals can be accurately measured and can be used to calculate the instable optical path difference caused by heat generation of crystal,ambient temperature changes and center frequency drift. The rapid calculation in frequency and the optical path difference of the spectrum is improved by nearly 40%.
