摘要
在当前高压反腐的政策下,以受贿为代表的腐败问题虽受到了很大的遏制,但效果并非十分理想。职后受贿凭借高度的收益稳定性以及安全性备受腐败分子的青睐,而我国目前对此种新型受贿尚未形成有效地打击,致使此类受贿在当前呈愈演愈烈之势。因此,研究分析职后受贿的历史背景及其特点、危害,进而找到治理职后受贿的方法,这对我国的廉政建设有着重要意义。

The method of taking bribes after departure is very popular with a high degree of stability and security,At present,our country have no effective measures to deal with the new type of corruption,which causing the bribery corruption being more and more serious. Therefore,researching and analyzing the crime,with its historical background and characteristic,harm,and then find a way to control it,which is very important for our country to build a clean government.
