摘要
以二氯化钯为原料,DMF作为溶剂,直接与三苯基膦回流反应,加入还原剂,制备出四(三苯基膦)合钯(0),产率〉95%。采用FAB^+-MS、IR、^1H-NMR和电子光谱对其结构进行了测定和表征,并在Suzuki偶联反应模型上评价了其催化活性,催化转化率为70%-88%。
Tetrakis(triphenylphosphine) palladium was synthesized by mixing PdCl2 with triphenyl- phosphine in DMF followed by addition of the reducing agent. The yield was greater than 95% based on PdCl2. The structure of tetrakis(triphenylphosphine) palladium was characterized by means of elemental analysis, FAB^+-MS, IR and 1H-NMR along with electronic spectra, and the catalytic activity was tested in a Suzuki coupling reaction with a conversion rate of 70%-88%.
