摘要
目的观察妊娠高血压综合征应用硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗的临床疗效。方法选取妊娠高血压综合征产妇130例,将其随机分为两组,观察组给予硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗,对照组给予硫酸镁治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组收缩压、舒张压均优于对照组,且妊娠结局优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠高血压综合征的疗效显著。
Objective To investigate the application of magnesium sulfate pregnancy induced hypertension clinical efficacy of treatment with nifedipine.Methods 130 cases of maternal choose pregnancy induced hypertension, were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group were given magnesium sulfate nifedipine treatment, the control group were given magnesium sulfate therapy, therapeutic effects were compared.ResultsAfter treatment, the observation group systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure than the control group, and pregnancy outcomes than the control group was statisticaly significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of magnesium sulfate and nifedipine significantly pregnancy-induced hypertension.
