摘要
白及作为珍稀名贵中药材,常用于治疗肺结核咯血、胃及十二指肠溃疡出血、烧伤及外科创伤等。现代生物活性研究表明白及具有明显的抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗菌、促进伤口愈合等作用,其化学成分主要报道为多糖类、菲类、联苄类、萜类等类型。为了促进白及的进一步开发和利用,本文对白及的化学成分及生物活性进行了综述。
Baiji, a kind of rare and valuable Chinese herbal medicine, is usually used to treat tuberculosis hemoptysis, peptic ulcer bleeding, burns and surgical wounds etc. Biological activity researches show that Baiji has good effects on treating tumor, oxidative damage, antimicrobial would healing and so on. Nowadays, chemical components of Baiji are reported to be polysaccharides, bibenzyls, phenanthrenes, terpenoids and etc. For the further development and utilization, this article reviews the chemical constituents and bioactivities of Baiji.
