摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗结直肠癌的手术效果。方法把62例结直肠癌患者随机分为常规开腹手术组(常规组)和腹腔镜下结直肠癌手术组(观察组)各31例。观察两组患者术后肛门排气时间、住院天数和肠梗阻的发生率,并对疗效进行评价。结果观察组患者术后肛门排气时间和住院天数均显著少于常规组。常规组20例结肠癌术后有6例发生肠梗阻,发生率为30.0%,观察组22例结肠癌术后有1例发生肠梗阻,发生率为4.55%。常规组11例直肠癌术后有2例发生肠梗阻,发生率为18.18%,观察组9例直肠癌术后有1例发生肠梗阻,发生率为11.11%。结论腹腔镜下结直肠癌手术创伤小,术后恢复快,肠梗阻的发生率较少。
Objective To explore the operation result of laparoscopic and open surgery on postoperative intestinal obstruction of colorctal cancer.Methods Sixty-two patients with colorectal cancer were randomly divided into conventional open surgery group（normal group）and laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery group（observation group）,with 31 cases in each group.The postoperative anal exhaust time,hospitalization days and the incidence of intestinal obstruction of the two groups were observed.The efficacy of the two surgeries were evaluated.Results Postoperative anal exhaust time and hospitalization stays in the observation group were significantly less than the normal group.There were 6cases with intestinal obstruction among the 20 patients with colon cancer in conventional group,and the incidence was 30%.While there was 1case with intestinal obstruction among the 22 patients with colon cancer in the observation group,and the incidence rate was 4.55%.There were 2cases with intestinal obstruction among the 11 patients with rectal cancer in the conventional group,and the incidence was 18.18%.While there was 1case with intestinal obstruction among the 9patients with rectal cancer in the observation group,and the incidence rate was 11.11%.ConclusionIt is not only small trauma,recovery soon after the operation,and the incidence of intestinal obstruction is very low for sufferers during the laparoscope assisted rectum resection.
