摘要 CASC Chairman of the Board Lei Fanpei signed an agreement with Manuel Fernmandez,the Minister of the Ministry of Science,Technology and Innovation(MCTI)of Venezuela for the in-orbit delivery of Venezuelan Remote Sensing Satellite 2(VRSS-2)on July 21 in Caracas.Chinese President Xi Jinping and Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro witnessed the ceremony.VRSS-2 is the second remote sensing satellite developed by CASC Chairman of the Board Lei Fanpei signed an agreement with Manuel Fernmandez, the Minister of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation （MCTI） of Venezuela for the in-orbit delivery of Venezuelan Remote Sensing Satellite 2 （VRSS-2） on July 21 in Caracas. Chinese President Xi Jinping and Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro witnessed the ceremony.
