摘要
暴雨是我国大部分城市夏季常见的灾害性天气,由于排水不畅,造成地铁过渡段洞口、车站出入口积水倒灌,严重威胁地铁运营安全.以北京为例,引入设计暴雨强度公式,根据不同重现期下的降雨量和排水能力相匹配的原则,确定了"预警"、"报警"、"停运"的三级临界水位标准,建议了不同重现期下保障地铁安全的降雨量阈值及应对措施,可供地铁运营防灾参考.
Heavy rainfall is severe in summer for most cities in China. Because of poor drainage,subway security is seriously threatened by back-flooding rain water through subway openings and station entrances. According to the principle that the requirements of precipitation should match the capacity of drainage,the design rainfall intensity formula of Beijing is introduced as example. Three levels of critical water standards of "warning","alarm" and "stop" are established. The precipitation thresholds and corresponding measures for metro safety are suggested by calculation under different return periods,which can be used for references in subway disaster prevention.
