摘要
现代医学对癌性发热的病理机制认识尚不十分清楚,多以解热镇痛药进行治疗,但发热往往仅得到短暂控制。而癌性发热属于祖国医学内伤发热范畴,中医在治疗癌性发热方面有着独特的优势,不仅疗效明显,而且不良反应较轻。本文试从温病营分证角度出发,对癌性发热的治法提供思路。
The modern medicine understanding of the pathogenesis of cancerous fever is not clear.They mostly use antipyretic analgesicsto to treat cancerous fever, which is only temporary controlled. Cancerous fever belongs to internal injuries fever of Chinese medicine.The Tradi- tional Chinese Medicinein has unique advantages in the treatment of cancerous fever,not only in the obvious effect,but also in a less adverse reaction compared with western rnedicine.This article tries from the angle of the Yingfen syndrome of Febrile disease to provide an idea for the treatment of cancerous fever.
