冠状动脉分叉病变介入治疗并发症防治进展

摘要 冠状动脉分叉处由于受血液涡流及剪切力的影响,发生动脉粥样硬化的风险显著增加,可累及冠状动脉主支和(或)分支血管,约占经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)的15%左右。冠状动脉分叉病变(简称分叉病变)的介入治疗难度大,并发症发生率较高且具有一定特殊性。因此,对分叉病变各种介入治疗并发症的快速识别并予以及时处理,是提高手术成功率、降低病死率及改善患者预后的关键。
