摘要
针对棕榈油生物柴油(PME)流动性差的问题,分析了PME的化学组成,测定PME、0号柴油(0PD)及PME与0PD调合油的冷滤点,观测PME和调合油在低温环境下的结晶过程。实验结果表明,PME中的饱和脂肪酸甲酯与不饱和脂肪酸甲酯的质量分数分别为40.13%和59.57%,饱和脂肪酸甲酯含量较高使PME流动性变差;PME和0PD的质量比为10∶90时,调合油的冷滤点可达到-4℃;随温度的降低,PME结晶为规则的薄片状,并逐渐变大相互联结在一起;PME与0PD调和能使PME不能形成规则的结晶形状,从而改善PME的低温流动性能。
Aimed at the poor flowability of palm oil biodiesel(PME),its chemical composition was analyzed,the cold filter plugging points of PME,0# diesel oil(0PD) and their blended oil were measured,and the crystallization processes of PME and the blended oil at low temperature were investigated. The experimental results showed that the mass fractions of the saturated fatty acid methyl esters and unsaturated fatty acid methyl esters in PME were 40.13% and 59.57%,respectively,and the high content of the former led to the poor fl owability of PME at low temperature. When the mass ratio of PME to 0PD was 10∶90,the cold filter plugging point of the blended oil could reach-4℃. With temperature drop,the regular thin sheet shape of the PME crystals gradually got bigger and they interconnected together. The blended oil did not form crystals with regular shape at low temperature,so the cold fl owability of PME was improved by the blending.
