摘要
医患关系不和谐是一个复杂而又敏感的社会问题,而医疗过程中的"不平等"是导致医患关系和谐的重要原因之一。本文从平等与和谐医患关系的作用,不平等是造成医患关系不和谐的重要原因,以及以平等思想构建和谐医患关系的重要性等三个方面进行分析,提出解决医疗不平等应从解决医疗保障制度、医疗资源配置、医疗主体之间等三个方面的不平等,来改善医患关系的建议。
Patient relationship discord,which is a complex and sensitive social issue. ＂Inequality＂is one of the major causes of this problem. In this paper,we analyzed from three aspects： the equality and harmony of the doctor- patient relationship,inequality is an important cause of the doctor- patient relationship disharmony,to build a harmonious doctor- patient relationship of equality. We want to explain that how did health inequalities damage harmonious doctor- patient relationship,and give proposals to solve the problem from health care system,health care resource allocation,and unequal medical body to improve the doctor- patient relationship.
