摘要
从定性和定量两个方面验证技术转移对经济增长的作用。先从理论出发,分析技术转移对经济增长作用的机理,然后通过模型验证资本、劳动力和技术投入对我国高技术产业总产值的影响,根据我国高技术产业现状,提出自主创新战略贯彻落实的一些建议。
First,we use theories research to analyze the principle that the technology transfer promotes economic growth.And then,we use qualitative analysis to verify the influence of capital investment,labor investment and technology investment on high technology industry output value. In the end,we put forward some advice to push forward the independent innovation strategy combining deeply with economy in our country in future.
